This policy explains what Dino Merge does with information on your device. The short version is that the game keeps your progress on your phone and sends nothing about you anywhere.
We do not ask for your name, your email address or any account. We do not show advertising in this version. We do not use analytics or tracking, and we never sell or share information about you. Your scores and settings stay in the game's own storage on your device, and deleting the app deletes them.
Dino Merge is published by ZJ Studios. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean ZJ Studios, and "the game" means the Dino Merge app for iPhone.

We collect no personal information. The game has no sign up, no login and no user profile. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera, and the app never requests permission to use them.
The game does save a small amount of gameplay information so that your progress survives when you close it. This information stays in the app's own storage on your iPhone. We cannot see it, and it is not sent to us or to anyone else.

The game works offline. It makes two kinds of connection, and neither one sends any information about you or your gameplay.
As with any internet request, the service that answers can see the network address the request came from. That is a normal part of how the internet works and we do not receive or store it. If the device is offline, both checks fail quietly and the game carries on.
Version 1.0 of Dino Merge for iPhone does not show advertising. It does not use an advertising identifier, it does not ask permission to track you across other apps or websites, and it contains no analytics or crash reporting service.
If a future version adds advertising, we will update this policy before that version is released and describe what the advertising provider receives.
Version 1.0 contains no purchases of any kind. The game is free and every feature in it is free. We never see or handle payment details.
Dino Merge is a simple puzzle game suitable for all ages. Because the game collects no personal information from anybody, it collects none from children either. We do not knowingly gather information from a child, and there is nothing in the game for a child to submit.
Everything the game saves lives on your device. You can clear all of it at any time by deleting the app from your iPhone, which removes the game's storage along with it. Reinstalling gives you a fresh start.
Because we hold no information about you on our side, there is nothing for us to look up, export or delete on request. If you would like that confirmed in writing, write to us at the address below and we will confirm it.
Game data is stored using the standard app storage that iOS provides, inside the app's own sandbox, so other apps on the device cannot read it. Since no personal information leaves your device, there is no transfer of your data for anyone to intercept.
If we change how the game handles information, we will publish an updated policy at this address and change the effective date at the top. Significant changes, such as adding advertising or accounts, will be described in the app update notes as well.
